Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to royalstylehouse.com, the Royal Style House Android app and all related services (the "Service"), operated by Royal Style House, Dwarka, Delhi 110061, India. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

The Service provides textile, garment-costing, production, yarn and export calculators, the Royal AI Agent assistant, reports (PDF, Excel, CSV), saved calculations, company workspaces and related features.

2. Accounts and free trial

You need an account to use the calculators. Each new account receives a 30-day free trial with full access; no payment details are needed to start. One trial per person — creating multiple accounts to extend a trial is not allowed. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Plans, prices and renewal

After the trial, continued access requires a paid plan: Pro (₹99/month or ₹999/year) or Corporate (per user, minimum 3 users; see Pricing). Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST. Plans renew automatically each billing period through the mandate you authorise with our payment partner Razorpay (UPI AutoPay, card or e-mandate) until cancelled. We may change prices for future periods with at least 15 days' notice.

4. Corporate plans

The company owner pays for seats and may add or remove employees by e-mail. Each seat is for one named person and may not be shared. The owner is responsible for the employees added to the workspace.

5. Feature requests

Subscribers may request new features. We review every request within 72 hours and reply with a decision; building a requested feature is at our discretion and is not guaranteed within any time frame.

6. Results are estimates

Calculations and AI answers are based on standard industry formulas and the values you enter. They are aids to decision-making, not guarantees. Always verify important figures before commercial commitments. To the extent permitted by law, Royal Style House is not liable for losses arising from reliance on results, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no attempts to bypass payment or access controls, scrape the Service at scale, resell access, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend accounts that do.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions: info@royalstylehouse.com.
