Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free trial

Every new account gets a 30-day free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial and no payment details are required, so there is nothing to cancel.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel anytime from My account → Your plan → Cancel, or by e-mailing info@royalstylehouse.com. Cancellation stops all future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. You can also revoke the UPI AutoPay mandate from your UPI app.

Refunds

• Subscription fees for a period that has started are not refundable, and we do not refund partial periods.
• If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged in error, write to us within 30 days and we will refund the full amount to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• If a payment fails but money is debited, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank or Razorpay within 5–7 working days.

Corporate plans

Removing employees does not reduce the current bill; cancel an add-on seat subscription to stop it renewing at the end of its period.
